A £2,050 grant has been awarded to be used to draught proof the property (on the 1st and 2nd floor) using draught brushes on the doors and letterbox, to replace halogen bulbs with LED throughout the building and to replace air conditioning with a energy efficient heater / cooler as detailed in the application.
